Contacting I.T. Right with a support Request
 1. Please always feel free to call our main office number 517-318-0350. We have at least one technician assigned to the office during the day to help our customers remotely.  After hours leave a voicemail and it pages an on call tech.
 
2. You can also send an email to support@itright.com to automatically open a ticket in our help desk system. Our office personnel monitor these incoming requests as well. A representative will contact you promptly by email or phone concerning your request.
 
 3. If you prefer, you can also use a “service request” form and fax your support needs to 517-318-0351.
 
4. If you really want to ring the bell, try sending an email to help@itright.com.   This account not only enters a ticket in our support system, it also pages all available management and field techs. Which should get you a prompt response, or two.
 
5.  Contacting individual technicians: We recognize sometimes you may wish to talk directly to a specific technician. And unfortunately, sometimes they can be hard to track down.    Therefore we recommend the main office first. The main office can forward calls directly to technicians in the field. To leave a non-urgent message for a specific technician, you may wish to ask for their voice mail box. Technicians are able to access their voicemails from the road.    Many times our technicians are in rural and northern areas.   Often they are working in older solid concrete buildings and basements that have poor cell phone coverage.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee response time on messages left on individual technician’s voicemails or cell phones.   Calling the main office or emailing support is always the fastest way to get the right person working on your support request.
